Refund & Returns

Bespoke orders:

  • Curtains: As this is a bespoke, made-to-measure service, we take a 50% deposit on curtains. Any alterations/changes to the design once deposit has been paid may incur additional costs. Curtains are bespoke and therefore non-refundable.

  • Cushions: Any cushions that are made-to-order or bespoke (to the customer's requirements) are non-refundable. Any amendments or cancellations for made-to-order cushions need to be notified within 3 days of the original order date. Following this, cushions are non-returnable, and any amendments will incur additional costs.

  • Sofas: Sofas are made-to-order and non-refundable. Their lead-time is 8-10 weeks.

Bespoke and made-to-measure items are not eligible for return nor are gift cards.

UK Returns Policy:

  • To cancel your order before it has been shipped, contact us with your order number. If you cancel after the order has been shipped, you will be responsible for any return shipping charges.

  • We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Please note when logging a return with us, our office is open Tuesday-Friday 10am-5pm. To start a return, you can contact us at enquiries@cccointeriors.com.

  • You are responsible for returning the item to us in as new condition, securely packaged in original packaging. We advise using a recorded delivery service with adequate insurance. This must be done within a further 14 days of contacting us.

  • Any returns received without protective packaging will not be able to be refunded. The items you wish to return are your responsibility until we receive them.

  • As a small independent business, we regret that we're not able to offer free returns.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any unwanted items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of your original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that any items returned via an independent courier (man and van services) arrive during our office hours of 10am - 5pm Tuesday - Friday.

  • When returning an item it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the returning item is suitably packaged and protected to avoid damage in transit. We are unable to issue refunds for items which have been damaged in the returns process and the item may be returned if not received back to us "as new”.

  • Any items returned without their original packaging will be charged a fee of £5.

  • To return, you should mail your product to: Returns, 1 Jackson Street, Birkenhead, Wirral, CH41 5DJ.

Rugs Returns:

  • If you want to return an unwanted rug, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it to let us know. You are responsible for returning the item to us in saleable condition, securely packaged, and using a recorded delivery service with adequate insurance. We cannot take responsibility for any damage caused in transit by your courier. The item must be returned within 14 days of letting us know.

  • Kindly ensure that the rug is re-rolled and re-wrapped using its original packaging, including the cardboard end protectors, while ensuring the visibility of the label and barcode. Please securely seal the packaging with wrapping tape before dispatching it back to us through a signed delivery service of your preference. Failure to adhere to these return instructions may impact the eligibility for a full refund.

Faults or Damages:

  • Upon receiving your items, your order must be checked to ensure there has been no damage in transit. All faults or damages must be reported within 48hrs of receiving the product.

  • You must send an image of the reported issues and we will endeavour to resolve the issue for you. This may require additional investigation with our suppliers and couriers, so we appreciate your patience. Please contact us at enquiries@cccointeriors.com with this information.

  • You will need to arrange the return yourself and will be refunded the shipping cost once we receive the item back to us, upon proof of receipt of return. When returning an item it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the returning item is suitably packaged in original packaging and protected to avoid any further damage in transit.

Exchanges:

  • If an item is defective or damaged due to our error, we may be able to offer a replacement once receiving your item back. This depends on stock levels and whether the item is still available.

  • Personal damage is not our responsibility.

  • If you opt for an exchange, this will be sent to you upon us receiving your return. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Returns:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, if approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a few working days. If you are refunded via credit note in store, please be aware these are valid for 12 months only.

  • Any items returned that we don’t get in an “as new” condition, we will return the item to you, the customer.

Sale Items:

All items marked as ‘sale’ or ‘ex-display’ are sold as is and are non-returnable.


In-Store Returns Policy

  • Anything purchased in-store and taken away with you can be returned for either an exchange or credit note. A refund will only be offered if an item is faulty. The returning products must be in an unused condition and must be able to resold at full price. Any lamp being returned must still have the plastic wrapping around the shade.

  • For any faulty items, this must be reported within 7 days of purchasing the item to ensure we can report this with our suppliers. Please contact via email at hello@cccointeriors.com or call our office on 01516475566.

  • Anything ordered in specifically for you (i.e a table or bed that isn't from our own warehouse stock) cannot be exchanged or returned.
