Are my cushions made to order?

Cushions are made to order and therefore non-refundable.


What are the exact cushion specifications?

Our cushions are handmade to order. Each is cut to the required filler sizes available, as we have to make allowance for sewing, piping and room for the filler. The fillers are the size which is specified in the description.


Can I create my own cushion set?

Of course! There are plenty of individual cushions available to buy on our website. Alternatively, you can book an appointment with our cushion designer Lucy, and create the perfect set together!


Do you ship online?

We can ship cushions throughout the UK, including items in our CCco Favourites.

However, we can only deliver certain furniture items from our showroom locally. Various items including extra large pieces or fragile items will specify ‘collection only’ at checkout.


Do you ship cushions internationally?

We do not ship internationally at the moment. However, you can order your cushions and organise a courier to collect them from our showroom, and deliver them to you; you would need to contact us via email, informing us that is this what you plan to do. This is not something we can organise for you, but it has been done successfully by international customers previously.


How do I care for my cushions?

We recommend all our cushions be dry clean only.


How long will it take for my cushions to arrive?

Our cushions are handmade and made in-house. We aim to have them dispatched to you up to 3 weeks after placing your order.

Please be aware that we do not process online orders over weekends as our office is closed, and therefore our time frame allows for this. You will receive an email notification regarding delivery once your order has been fulfilled. Deliveries are made via a courier service.

Please be aware that any delays or issues on the side of the courier are out of our control once the order has been collected from us. However, you can contact them personally with the tracking number provided in your email.


What happens if I have chosen ‘collect from store?’

If you have not paid for delivery, and you have chosen the collect-from-store option, you will be notified via email when your order has been fulfilled and is available to pick up from our showroom. If you choose this option at checkout by mistake, please contact us as soon as you can, so delivery payment can be arranged.


Can I visit your showroom without an appointment?

Of course! We are open Tuesday-Friday 10 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday 10 AM to 2 PM.

However, if you would like to meet with one of our designers specifically regarding cushions, curtains or interior design services, this is by appointment only; this can be made over the phone, via our Instagram, our contact form on our website, via email or in person at our showroom.


Do you offer payment plans?

Online purchases can be made through Clearpay. This option is available at checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email from us, and you may receive emails from Clearpay about your payment plan. Your payment plan is managed entirely by Clearpay, including late payments and delinquency, so any enquiries should be directed toward them.


How much do you charge for an interior design consultation?

Our initial interior design consultation fee starts from £150 and up, depending on location and scale of the job. Please be aware we only offer this service for Wirral, Cheshire and Merseyside. This consultation includes an initial on-site visit by our designers and a follow-up appointment in our Wirral showroom. Get in touch for more information about this.


How much do you charge for your interior design dressing service if I choose to go ahead following the consultation?

We cannot give an exact price for our interior design dressing service following this as it depends on the scale and specification of the job. Get in touch for more information about this.


How do in-store sales work?

Any in-store sales are subject to stock availability. If an item is bought in-store and is being ordered in, please be aware there will be a short wait time for this item to be delivered to us. All information will be provided upon purchase. You will be contacted when the item is available for collection.
